don't get sentimental, it always ends as drivel
let down and hanging around, crushed like a bug on the ground

so apparently a bunch of music geeks
are freaking out because they used binary as an excuse to make a playlist consisting of radiohead’s ok computer alternating tracks with in rainbows…

the final sentence →
i have this habit when i crack open a new novel; after i read the first chapter or so, i flip to the end and read the last word of the book. it gives me something to look forward to, or at least ruminate on while reading through it.
it’s fun to think of this tumblr compiling the last sentence of a bunch of novels as a way to fill up more of my backlog.

songs that i don't mind are longer than an episode...
Kashiwa Daisuke’s “Stella”, which is such a great piece of neoclassical-electronica-whatever that runs for about 36 minutes, which is just enough time for me to outwit a bear that’s chasing me. and, the last.fm tags for it include such gems as:
“inconsiderate of biological needs”
“like a 36 minute orgasm”
“heartachingly lovely”
...
Volcano Choir - Still (LIVE)
Date: November 11th, 2010 Venue: unagidani sansui Location: Osaka, Japan
The song doesn’t really get going til 3 minutes in. It’s a slow burner, that’s for sure. I’m just surprised they can pull this song off live.
